      Note that while generally legacy devices don't know about CCW_CMD_SET_IND_ADAPTER and therefore reject it, some legacy devices may actually implement this command.

      The spec notes that for legacy devices, CCW_CMD_SET_IND_ADAPTER will be rejected when issued by the driver. This is demonstrably wrong: some legacy devices implement this command. Fix it up.
