Some normative sections are not referred to by any conformance clause

Sections 7.2.10 and 7.2.11 are never referred to, by any conformance clause. Same for 7.3.10 and 7.3.11.

That seems like an omission? They should be used in at least one conformance profile each. Or else, these sections should not be normative.
