      • Accept a smaller/longer execution duration in case the executing system compute the VTODO end time using local times somewhere in between.

      The conformance section will probably require a statement related to how a system should behave in case a VTODO object is defined by Start+Duration and lead to a time period that overlaps with a daylight saving time change.
