      Extend the DiscoveryProxy spec with an event mechanism.

      Description

      When switching to managed mode, clients may still be interested by announcement messages of services managed by a discovery proxy. As some may not be available through multicast, it could be useful to expose this information as events on the DiscoveryProxy portType, so clients could subscribe to it.
