Change Management v3.0 received no comments.
Requirements Management v2.1 received comments that require non-material changes to the specification. The editors are preparing a revised Project Specification and comment log following the process outlined in https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process-2017-05-26/#OSpublicRev
