Multi-Part Work Products:

URIs serving as primary identifiers for distinct separately-titled prose parts in a Multi-Part Work Product must (typically) have the following structure unless otherwise approved by TC Administration; this pattern simply adds one path component preceding the filename using [partNumber]-[partName], as in the case of the filename itself:

https://docs.oasis-open.org/[tc-shortname]/[WP-abbrev]/[version-id]/[stage-abbrev][revisionNumber]/[partNumber]-[partName]/[doc-id].[ext]

Where:

[partNumber] is composed of literal "part" concatenated with an Arabic number, beginning with the number "1" (for Part 1) and increasing monotonically (2, 3, 4, ...) for other parts
[partName] is a short descriptive string identifying the part by subject
[partName] for "Part 1" should be "overview" or "intro" or similar identifier to signify that Part 1 of the Multi-Part Work Product provides an overview or introduction to the work as a whole
