Fix typos in specification

      There are a couple of typos in the current draft of the specification:

      • Section 3.2.1: The sentence after the type definition is a bit jumbled up
      • Section 3.2.1: Valid Values: 0: There are duplicate "the"s in the second and third sentence.
      • Section 3.2.1: Valid Values: 1: There is a duplicate "the" and a superflous "have" in the second sentence.
      • Section 3.2.2: The senctence after the type definition has a superflous "require"
