PDF Presentation: use correct "open" and "close" double quotes

      This is an issue with LaTeX which uses distinct characters to represent these characters. The issue can be resolved by changing the XSL transform to alternately use open and close quotes in any given text block.

      As reported by Steve Huston, the generated PDF document always uses closing double-quotes, rather than correctly using the open quotes to being the quoted text.
