Description of "dynamic" field refers to non-existent concepts of "session name" and "client-id"

      The description of the "dynamic" field in source and target refers to session names and client-ids - this needs to be changed as they are not concepts that exist in the 1-0 specification.

      The intent is to request that implementers add as much useful identifying information into generated names.
