In the PDF, add explicit links to all Parts of the document (including DTD) and state authoritative version

      The PDF presentation aggregates all the Parts and the DTD into a single PDF file for convenience, however this leaves is somewhat unclear to the PDF reader which versions of the source are authoritative for the individual Parts and the DTD. Correct this by adding explicit links to the other presentations in the "Additional Artefacts" section.
