Behavior at AMQP Close

      Current CSD says AMQP close "should" be followed by Websocket close. John Fallows recommended changing this to MUST. Rob Godfrey discussed use case of reusing a TCP connection (possible to reauth in AMQP for new session); if this is so, why limit on websockets?
