Even thou SMP provides lookup towards API endpoints, the current restriction on minimum one certificates makes it impossible to use SMP for dynamic lookup of more traditional standardized API services (REST/WS).

I propose to present in the documentation how SMP may be used for dynamic discovery of services not part of document transmission.
