      Figure 1 of OASIS SMP 1.0 shows a.o. an interaction with a BDXL server.

      "Construct URL based on Business Identifier and Request".
      This is shown before the BDXL lookup. The BDXL lookup is based on a DNS name, not on a URL. Also, the URL is returned by the BDXL server, so it is not possible to construct a URL before the BDXL request.

      "Resolves to the domain of the SMP"
      The response is a U-NAPTR record that contains a URL, not just a domain.

      Perhaps this diagram was written with SML instead of BDXL in mind.
