      Rather than comment on them separately, there are twenty-two (22)
      instances of "For example" in the text.

      Which is not distinguished from the surrounding normative text.

      If these are truly examples, then they should be formatted as examples
      and become non-normative texts.

      If they are normative text, they should be made into normative
      statements of fact.
