archive. The services required to install/run this package
and the relationship of this package to those services are not specified.

This reads like non-normative text. I assume it should be a note
(notes to be declared as non-normative) and formatted accordingly.

Or it could be indented under the example to make it typographically
part of the example.

Either way, if it is non-normative, it needs to be so indicated.
