      Drop PDP-26, change PDP-27, and PDP-28, as follows:

      "Providers SHALL support the "https" URI scheme as defined in [RFC2818]. [PDP-27] A Provider MAY support additional URI schemes identified in [IANA-URI]. [PDP-28]"
