      Err, URI Space isn't a term that I recognize.

      But for that matter:


              • Consumers SHALL NOT make assumptions about the layout of the URIs or the structure of the URIs of the resources. [PR-45]

      Doesn't look enforceable to me. In part because I don't know what "assumptions" means. One assumes all permitted URI structures are permitted. Yes? If so, isn't requiring use of conformant URIs enough?
