type_definition resources should be collections

The way we have defined the type_definition resource requires Consumers to do an extra GET operation to get the collection of attribute definitions that define the type. It would be more efficient if we defined type_definition to be a sub-type of the "collection" resource and included the attribute_definition resources in the "items" array.
