Minor Issue raised following discussion at TC.
Section 5.20 deals with this. Suggest minor change as follows
"It can also allow for polling of the resource to indicate completion."
The target resource (and potentially other resources) may be in a state of transition following the Operation. The implementation SHOULD use the representation_skew attribute to reflect this transition state.
