      Fix the ordering and author name forms.

      The listing of RFCs is almost in RFC number order with this exception:

      RFC2388 follows RFC2818. It should follow RFC2119.

      Two of the citations display the first author's name incorrectly.

      RFC2818 E. Rescorla -> Rescorla, E.

      RFC6901 P. Bryan -> Bryan, P.

      You follow the correct style in all the other citations which makes these two stand out.
