Rename 'Platform Components' to 'Services' or 'Platform Services'

      While we are cleaning up terminology I suggest we rename 'Platform Components' to 'Services'.
      Or 'Platform Components' to 'Platform Services'. I think this better describes what Application Components get from the platform.
