There is a table of "Atom Links" with a bunch of X's in it and no other info. Perhaps one can assume the self link points to the same thing as the CMIS URI property and the id, just in case you didn't see it there. Additionally one could guess the edit link should point to (generally) an appropriate resource that you can PUT to? What are alternate and self-media supposed to do (in the context of CMIS/REST)?
