      The cmis-latestversion link requires a query string to specify the enum returnVersion=LatestVersion. That makes this link a unique/one-off, unlike all the other links (which point to resources without any optional params). It would be possible, I suppose, to construct a link to the particular version resource without the query-param, but it would then be the link to the latest version present at the time the link was created. Some clarification is probably in order to ensure that implementations create the proper kind of link.
