      CMIS schema currently defines an exception type for "folderNotValid".

      But it's not actually needed. (Spec v0.52 & before said it should be thrown if the user attempts to create an unfiled object in a repository that doesn't support unfiling... but this is better reflected as an OperationNotSupportedException.)
