      Description

      "2.4 Method Overrides

In case there is a proxy that is blocking PUT and DELETE, X-Method-Override header SHOULD be supported."

      (1) Question: does the "SHOULD" apply to clients, servers, or both? And how would a server know that a proxy is blocking PUT?

      (2) If support for X-Method-Override is required, then we need to cite a stable specification for it.
