Folders Collection Move Operation PUT, not POST?

535 - I'm not sure that the move operations (without removeFrom) are POSTs and not PUTs - I think a move is idempotent (unless it creates a new version) because if you move an object a second time it still ends up where you moved it the first time (I have to think about this some more).
