Content Stream Exception Handling is over-specified in rest binding.

862 & 870 - "If the document is not checked out, an exception will be thrown." However the domain model allows a type to have updatability = readwrite which allows updates to be made without checking out a PWC. So I think this should just rely on the exceptions stated in the domain model for this service (and these sentences can be removed).
