In the domain model we've got the service getCheckedoutDocs and several references to that capitalization. In other cases we've used a camel-case and capitalized the "O" in checkedOut. I propose for consistency's sake that we capitalize the O throughout. This is found in several cases including the spelling of the service, the references to the service in both the domain model and ReSTful AtomPub binding etc. Additionally we've also got a "whencheckedout" which is inconsistently capitalized throughout. In 2.8.4.1, 2.8.4.3 and 2.8.4.4 we refer to isVersionSeriesCheckedout but the sibling properties there capitalize the o in out. In 2.8.5 this is capitalized as expected. 3.4.8.3 spells "Whencheckedout", etc.

This needs a full search and replace to get capitalization consistent in all locations and documents.
