AtomPub: Wrong starting tag for ACL documents

      The AtomPub binding document states that the starting tag for an ACL document must be "cmis:cmisAccessControlListType" (line 151).
      Looking at the schema I would guess that this is the type and not the name of the tag. The starting tag should be "acl".
