Add optional capability to support multiple content streams for a document

In discussing the implementation of CMIS with several development teams, the requirement for supporting multiple attachments on a document came up. We could implement the concept by using relationships between documents that each have a single stream, but allowing multiple streams coud be a more direct implementation.
