Make the usage of include* options consistent across all of the operations that return object collections

      We discussed at the F2F how to make this consistent, and agreed on the following changes:

      • All methods that return a collection of objects (e.g. Query, getFolderTree, getDescendants, etc.) will include returning the following related data: Renditions, AllowableActions, Properties, Relationships.

      We have several open issues around cleaning up/making consisten the ways that the "include*" semantic is used to retrieve related information about objects in our service calls.
