0.63 draft WS Binding introduces a boolean parameter in updateProperies
Do we need the boolean parameter partialUpdate in method updateProperties in the ObjectService?
Do we have a use case for partialUpdate=false, This parameter doesn't make the API nicer. I think most use cases need the incremental update and do not want to set the entire set (where some are not settable anyway).
