overwriteFlag input parameter is missing in schema

      I would expect to see this paramater in the enumArguments simpleTyp ein CMIS-RestAtom.xsd

      Also the Part I 3.1.4.2 description of contentAlreadyExsists refers to the "overwrite" parameter. This naming is probably correct as there is no reason why "Flag" should be appended to this boolean parameter. We do not do this for any other Boolean inputs and so this is inconsistent.
