      Instead, we can retain the original definition of "content stream", and introduce "rendition stream". A rendition therefore consists of a rendition stream and a set of rendition attributes. The getContentStream service is used to retrieve either a content stream or a rendition stream. Only the rendition section and getContentStream need to be fixed.

      Ever since we added rendition, content stream becomes confusing. If "content stream" is to cover both "primary content stream" and "rendition content stream", it needs to be clearly defined. We also need to review all the uses of "content stream" in the entire spec to make sure the wording is correct.
