Default value of major input for getPropertiesOfLatestVersion and getObjectOfLatestVersion should be FALSE

      It would seem more logical to me if a service names getPropertiesOfLatestVersion returned the...properties of the latest version. As major defaults to TRUE you have to specify a non default input for this to be the case.

      Also if there are no major versions then the default will fail:
      "If the input parameter major is TRUE and the Version Series contains no major versions, then the Repository MUST throw objectNotFoundException."

      What was the rationale for the default for major being TRUE?

      This applies to getPropertiesOfLatestVersion and getObjectOfLatestVersion.
