      Almost fixed. Added CMIS-674 to track one case where this was missed.

      SQL BNF uses !! to delimit an definition not expressed in BNF. CMIS uses this sometimes, but in a couple places (<non space char> and <char>) uses a C-style comment (/* ... /). What is the difference (and where is the / .. */ format described - I didn't see it in SQL BNF)?
