getTypesDescendants invalidArgument exception unclear

      3.2.4.3 getTypeDescendants Exceptions:

      MUST throw invalidArgument if depth = 0. Why only 0? What if depth = -2? This note appears for other descendants services too (3.3.1.3, 3.3.2.3 at least)
