getProperties and getPropertiesOfLatestVersion are redundant.

      Remove the getProperties and getPropertiesOfLatestVersion servies.

      These two services appear to be redundant and do not appear to provide any additional functionality or even simplicity over getObject or getObjectOfLatestVersion. All the optional parameters to getObjectOfLatestVersion default to values that make it identical to getPropertiesOfLatestVersion.
