      remove rendition inputs and outputs from getFolderTree in the domain model

      remove rendition inputs and outputs from getFolderTree in the domain model

      If the response for getFolderTree only contains folders (I don't recall the use case for this), then it would not require the includeRendition input or the rendition output.
