Relationships: queries repository-specific or disallowed?

      2.1.6 (l. 1591) says:

      A relationship object [...] MUST NOT be queryable [...]

      However a bit further down (l. 1689) it says:

      queryable
      Value: <repository-specific>

      I don't remember what discussions there were around queriability of relationships, but flatly disallowing any queryiablity seems harsh to me, especially since it's trivial to implement for some repositories, and actually quite useful.
