"includePolicyIDs" should be "includePolicyIds" for getContentChanges

      The parameter "includePolicyIDs" in section 2.2.6.2.1 (getContentChanges / Inputs) should be renamed to "includePolicyIds" to be consistent with the rest of the spec.
