includePathSegment input is plural in WSDL and sigular in the spec and Atompub

      The Spec document defines the input as includePathSegment for many services, but the WSDL for every applicable operation has includePathSegments (plural).

      RestAtom.xsd is consistent with the spec.

      Note that most other include parameters follow a plural convention so the options are:
      1) fix the WSDL
      2) rename the parameter to plural in the spec document and RestAtom.xsd.
