      Rephrase as:

      3.7.5 Types Collection
This is a collection described in the service document that contains all the types in the repository. This feed does not include any nesting and is a flat feed.

Also remove "via", "down", "up" in link relations.

Also remove "typeId" in GET optional arguments.

      Description

Can the TC clarify what's the intended content of the global (service) "types" collection?

On one hand, 3.6 says that the "Types Collection" is a "Collection containing all the types in the repository".

On the other hand, 3.7.5 calls it "Types Children Collection" and says "If no parent type is specified, then the base types are returned in the feed".

I believe 3.6 has the correct interpretation, and that 3.7.5 describes an obsolete use case of the use of the same collection in different context, and should be clarified.
