      Description

In the trivial case where a checkin does not need to update any properties it should be possible to do a checkin by executing a PUT to the PWC URL with ?checkin=true and no xml payload transmitted. We are currently supporting this but the spec is unclear if in this situation an empty entry type should be transmitted - which would seem unnecessary.
