The length attribute of rendition should be optional (2.1.4.2.1)

      Add "optional" to the length attribute of rendition (2.1.4.2.1). This does not seemed to be a substantive change, and therefore can be corrected by an Errata.

      In v1.0 (2.1.4.2.1), the length attribute was optional. The reason was that a rendition might be generated on-the-fly, as described in CMIS-503.
      In v1.1 (2.1.4.2.1), the length attribute was not optional. Apparently this was a bug.
