      In the end I opted for a 201 Created pattern. The 303 See Other seemed to imply a client behaviour that was to be performed immediately, i.e. just redirect. We want to include the option to put 'from' and 'until' times and sizes on the response.

      The DE should potentially have an ‘offline’ approach (or double check) for ‘all atoms’ requests from Service Provider to Data Engine. This is to protect from too large a message and to improve the implementation of RPE. The later means this issue needs some discussion.
