Need to add TimeZoneString to the glossary

      With new JSON table format it is easiest to put the definition in the description field as there are only 2 occurances. Need to check implmentation to see if it should be "/- hh:mm" or "/-hh:mm".

      With new JSON table format it is easiest to put the definition in the description field as there are only 2 occurances. Need to check implmentation to see if it should be " /- hh:mm" or " /-hh:mm".

      TimeZoneString is missing from the glossary, as a string indicating "+/-hh:mm" from UTC.
