Some errors in JSON Schema and example JSON

There are some syntax errors in the JSON (braces, commas), an error in a schema with an additionalProperties element in the wrong place, a few malformed atom examples, some mis-spelled element names etc. I also noticed that the positioning of the 'Examples' in 9.2.2.3 and 9.2.2.4 put some normative text within the scope of the non-normative example
