Generate a new issue for every similar work identified not already covered

For every similar work (to CSAF) identified we should provide an issue (task).
This allows us to track and document progress and findings of the CSAF TC of the following:

1. understand and summarize the similar work
2. ensure synergy potentials are identified
3. discussion of the relation to and reaction on the similar work
4. documentation of result
