The core specification should offer support for the client e.g. by defining an endpoint returning hash algorithm sets for signature creation and verification.

Alternatively the core may define a comprehensive set of algorithms to be used.

      Description

When using the DocumentHash element to provide prehashed information to the server the client has no knowledge about the set of hash algorithms to be applied. In case of a signature creation the set may depend on policy and configuration of the server.
In case of a verification call the relevant set is determined by the given signature. Despite the information is included in the signature it maybe a problem for the client to derive it.
